Nothing fits in a skip.

A blade longer than your street. No, it doesn’t go in the bin.

A wind farm ages like everything else. The machines reach the end of their service life, or the site is repowered, and the turbines that fed the grid for years now have to come down. That is not one job. It is a crane company, a cutting crew, hauliers and authorised waste plants, all in the right order, on the right day.

Coordinating that lot is where the time and the risk live. So that is the part we take. Velox Freight runs the whole removal end to end: crane down, cut to transportable pieces, haul to authorised facilities, and keep the steel, copper and reusable parts moving where they can have a second life. The blades, the awkward composite ones, are recycled as a priced line in the quote. Nothing is left leaning against the substation.

You tell us the location, how many machines and the model. You get one fixed price and one person who owns the schedule. Then the farm goes quiet in a good way.

    Primer contacto.

    Nos cuenta qué parque o qué máquinas quiere retirar: ubicación, número de aerogeneradores, modelo y plazos aproximados.

    First contact. Tell us which farm or turbines you want removed: location, number of turbines, model and rough timing.

    Revisión técnica.

    Analizamos la documentación disponible y, cuando el proyecto lo requiere, valoramos accesos, terreno y necesidades de grúa. Visita al emplazamiento bajo petición.

    Technical review. We review the documentation and, where the project needs it, assess access, ground conditions and crane requirements. Site visit on request.

  3. 03

    Presupuesto cerrado.

    Recibe un precio fijo por parque o por aerogenerador, con un alcance claro: qué incluye, qué no incluye y cómo se trata cada material.

    Planificación.

    Seleccionamos y coordinamos a los socios especializados —grúas, corte, transporte y plantas de destino— y acordamos el calendario de trabajos.

    Ejecución.

    Desmontaje, corte, carga y transporte, coordinados por un único responsable de proyecto.

    Entrega y cierre.

    Los materiales se entregan a instalaciones autorizadas. La documentación de entrega se facilita según el caso, a petición.
